0165(2,c): Licensor observed the following: Licensor observed wires that are wired to a video game not secured away from children access and is inside an entertainment shelving unit. Licensor observed a wire in the bathroom in the top drawer accessible to the children. 0165(5,a): Licensor observed in the licensed space outlets are not Tamper resistant, or covered by blank plates or other tamper resistant outlet covers in the licensed space. 0165 (5,b): Licensor observed the plug near the sink in the bathroom not to be a GFCI outlet type.
